VXN Workout (Vixen Workout) is a dance fitness program that originates in Miami. Its founder is Janet Jones. A dance program with the mission of showing women and girls that there is much more in them than they can often see in themselves, connecting and forming a community of women thanks to a common love of movement and dancing. VXN Workout lessons are conducted in the pleasant darkness of the hall with a light atmosphere evoking the dance floor. You will feel like a star
on the dance floor and at the same time you will not be afraid to take the lessons. This is thanks to original dance choreography and modern musical remixes. Awaken your Beyoncé, Rihanna or J.Lo. In VXN Workout lessons, you will release all your emotions, dance great and, in addition, you can burn from 400 to 1000 calories! In addition, you will meet other great women who love dancing and support each other - strong, healthy and confident women.

VXN Workout lessons usually last 55 minutes and consist of an introductory part (intro), a warm-up part (warm up), a dance part (dance peak and low) and a final part (cool down).
